Public Speaking Training
Public Speaking Training – Presentation Survival School
A survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (2009) (in Job Outlook 2009) showed that communication skills (verbal and written) ranked first in the list of critical skills employers seek. The other areas are teamwork, interpersonal competence, and analytical skills. It is said that recruiters of top graduate school students do not just look at the “hard” knowledge that candidates possess, but the “soft” skills of communication. This “soft” skill is what distinguishes a successful candidate from others. Hence, it is necessary for people (not only graduates and job seekers) to learn how to speak confidently and convincingly in public. This Globibo Public Speaking Training will educate the participants on the rudiments of public speaking so that they will be able to shine among others, not just professionally but also personally. A great presenter has 2 notable qualities: appropriate skills and personal confidence. Confidence comes from knowing what you want to say and being comfortable with your communication skills (public speaking skills). In this 2-day workshop, participants will master the skills that will make them better speakers and presenters.

Audience Profiles and Personas

Your Speaking Voice
This session will look at the eight key parts of a presenter’s message.
Add Punch to Your Presentation

We will provide an overview of, and tips for, the most common visuals during this session.
Your Presentation
