An excellent reputation is built on clear and concise communication. Working in an international environment requires us to perform such communication in languages and environment that we might not be entirely familiar with.
We proofread or edit your business, technical and literary documents and any kind of content to ensure that they communicate clearly and with impact to your target audience. Proofreading as such can be rather linear but also include a more creative functions, providing feedback and testing processes to ensure that the content converts towards predefined objectives.
In our proofreading and editing process, the proofreader follows the below-mentioned process:
Proofreading Step 1: Analysis:
Globibo’s initial step is to perform the feasibility analysis where we collect the information about the document objective, industry type, type of document, target audience, and the company background. Based on this we can develop the quotation and turnaround-time for the client.
Proofreading Step 2: Document collection:
Receive the files from client and review completeness.
Proofreading Step 3: Allocation of resources:
In this step, we allocate the best available proofreader after matching the experience, industry type, and language with the client’s requirement.
Proofreading Step 4: Execution:
Here, the actual proofreading begins where the proofreader proofread the files and share his/her suggestions with the project management team.
Proofreading Step 5: Approval:
After receiving the suggestions from the proofreader, the project manager requests the client’s approval for changes and suggestions shared by the proofreader.
Proofreading Step 6: Final file:
Once the approval is received our project manager proceed to release the final files.
Proofreading Step 7: Feedback:
Our process does not end at the submission of the final file. We very much value the feedback of our customers to provide the best customer service and improve in future projects.
