As the Sales Manager Team Lead(Senior), you will lead a team of 8 colleagues from various functional teams regionally. You will be responsible for Business Development, Sales and Account Management across all 4 services. As the function will further extend the team in overseas locations, you should be comfortable with hiring and managing colleagues remotely across Asia. Working in collaboration with your reports from the Business Development and Account Management teams, you will take the lead in customer account planning cycle and ensures identified customers’ needs and expectations are met. You will report to the Executive Director- Singapore.

Location: Singapore

Your Impact:

1. Sales and Account Management

Lead Management

  • Ensure Sales Team identifies potential customer segments and achieves lead targets
  • Support lead management strategy on critical accounts to develop and refine sales tactics, strategies, and targets

Account and Opportunity Management

  • Hands on approach with Supervising the conversion of opportunities into contracts
  • Develop and deliver account management schedule for customer segments
  • Establishing long term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services
  • Support relationships with key clients, support account extension & business planning on the ground
  • Collect Feedback and drive Improvement agenda from Key Clients, Define action plan with sales and operations teams on customer relationship

2. Marketing and Tenders

  • Coordinate with Marketing, potential campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage overall government and corporate tender submissions

3. Talent Development

  • Identify and onboard Talent
  • Develop and Coach Sales Team
  • Performance management of teams

Your Potential Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field
  • 7-8 years of proven track record and experience in corporate sales/business development in the professional services/ relevant industries
  • 2-3 years of team management experience preferred
  • Possesses an organized approach to drafting out next steps, strategies, customer stories
  • Excellent market analysis abilities
  • Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
  • Stakeholder management
  • Personal Passion or Interest in the language services or events/MICE industry
  • Ideally, you enjoy staying connected with the latest research data and industry trends
  • Prior experience with incentives and bonus structures and schemes budgeting preferred
  • Empowering and delegating effectively
