Job Function:
As the Business Development Manager (Malaysia), you will be a part of a dynamic regional sales team. You will focus your attention on extending our sales outreach with regards to our language services to new organizations, industries and segments in Malaysia.  You will report to the Director of Sales.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Co-working space at Menera Maxis)

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management
• Researching organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potentially new markets
• Identifying the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/ decision makers
• Contacting potential clients via email and cold calls with customized value offerings to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Attending conferences, meetings and Industry events
• Horizontal Sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients
• Consistent outreach and building relationship with VIP clients

2. Opportunity Management and Conversion
• Meeting potential clients with exciting proposals and industry updates
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Preparing quotations and negotiating effectively
• Supporting customers with delivery information
• Developing and delivering account management schedules
• Establishing long term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services

3. Service and Delivery
•Focus on delivering Excellent Customer Service through effective Feedback management and Value-added service

Requirements:
•You are ideally an extroverted and highly driven sales hunter with a compelling personality to secure open opportunities with new and existing clients
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field
• 4-5 years of proven track record in corporate sales/business development of similar services/industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
•The ability to think out of the box, problem solving skills, and a sense of wit
• An organized approach to drafting out next steps, strategies
• Excellent market analysis abilities
• Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
• Passion and Interest in language services or events/MICE

Remuneration:
Base – MYR4,500 – MYR5,500/month
Sales incentive scheme
