About Disinfectant Tunnel

Disinfectant tunnels or chambers attempt sterilizing a person who passes through it by automatically spraying the disinfectant or sanitizer on him or her. Some models of disinfectant tunnels also help in detecting the body temperature of the person. The tunnel channels a stream of people to go through the infrastructure one person at a time. Disinfectant Installation Process

- Are Disinfectant Tunnels harmful for people?
- What sanitizer is used in Disinfectant Tunnels?
- Is the sanitizer dangerous for people with allergies / asthma?
No, the scientifically developed disinfectant tunnels are not harmful. The correct amount of disinfectant (0.02-0.05%) is sprayed or misted on the people so it does not harm anyone.
It sprays the Sodium Hypochlorite Solution that is a chlorine compound often used as disinfectant or bleaching agent
Sanitizers are generally developed to protect people with allergies / asthma. Please verify the sanitizer used and discuss proper signage with the project management team.
