Tasks & Responsibilities
- Marketing - Preparation and Distribution of marketing material for Globibo Services and Customers
- Customer relationship management - Customer Acquisition and Retention for Globibo and its Customers
- Event coordination - Event planning and supervision
- General administration - Coordination of customer enquiries and administrative tasks
- Interpretation - Support international visitors during engagements
- Translation - Translate different media based on customer requirements
- Language Courses - Creation of material, Preparation of courses, Conduct courses
- Market Research - Research required market information within APAC and Europe
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor or above in social, cultural or business studies
- Computer skills (Familiar with Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in at least 1 more language than English
- Independent, Self-motivated, Responsible and Well organized social skills
- Experience in Interpretation, Translation or Language Courses preferred
Applicants must carry permission to work and live in Singapore, e.g. Singapore Permanent Resident.
